New paint job on fountain.

Last year Mr Mayor came to visit us to explain why the fountain hadn't been painted after two children wrote about the condition of Moller Fountain. So over the summer holidays it has been water blasted and painted gold and white.
We visited this week to check out the progress and Nat wrote to the mayor to ask when the water would be turned on and say how bright and sparkly we thought it looked.
We also received a letter and photo from Heather MacKenzie in Richmond to thank us for our interest in the fountain. As a child the fountain was a special place to her.
She told us how much she enjoyed our artworks around the fountain in the Spring.

Changed Room and Name.

2010 has started with the children and I moving back into St Vincent Room. The children range from Year 2 to Year 5 and we have 26 children in our room.
We have a great group of kids this year.
This photo was taken over at the Moller Fountain Park.
